We're often asked if the holidays are a good time to sell your house.  My answer is - yes!  Think about it - how does your house look when it is decorated for the holidays?  It is festive and inviting.  Sure to attract a potential home buyer's interest.  It is certainly going to show much better than it will in January, once the decorations are gone and there is messy snow on the ground.  Also, the home buyers who come out at during the holiday season tend to be very serious about finding their new home rather soon.  So if you're thinking about waiting until after the holidays....don't wait.  You might just miss out on that sale.
