Village Spotlight on Floral Park and Stewart Manor

According to MLS, the Median Price for homes sold in Floral Park in February was $430,000. This is a 4.4% decline from the February 2011 residential sales median price.  The median price remains unchanged from January.  Could the housing market finally be stabilizing?
