Village Spotlight on Floral Park and Stewart Manor

According to MLS, the Median Price for homes sold in Floral Park in May was $435,000. This is a 2.7% decline from the May 2011 residential sales median price.  Good news - this is the fifth month in a row that the median price has increased - albeit slowly.
