Village Spotlight on Floral Park and Stewart Manor

According to MLS, the Median Price for homes sold in Floral Park in March was $430,000. This is a 4.4% decline from the March 2011 residential sales median price. The median sales price remains unchanged for the past 3 months now. Could the housing market finally be stabilizing?  If you've been sitting on the sidelines, what are you waiting for?  It's time to buy!
